In the wake of some recent articles in the Somerville Journal, I have decided to collect complaints and specific situations regarding your experience as an occupant of any mode of transportation through the MBTA.Please email me at ckokeefe@Gmail.Com and I will send you an Excel spreadsheet to fill out. Please know that your personal information will NOT be included in the document that is sent to the MBTA.
Every year, the MBTA raises prices and it has been very obvious that you are not getting what you pay for! These complaints will be sent and tracked with updates posted here as they become available.
