The Community Corridor Planning coalition has drafted a petition to respond to the state’s Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) about the Green Line Extension, using the principles chosen by the community as a basis.
You can sign the petition if you believe that “Somerville community-generated principles should be reflected in the Green Line DEIR” to tell the state that you want the Green Line in Somerville, but it is important that it be done right!
You can also attach your own personal comments to the petition letter or send a separate letter. Comments are due by January 8, 2010. For details, check out the STEP website.
