Kotzuba to step down as Parking Director effective December 24th

Somerville Traffic and Parking Director and Ward 5 resident Jim Kotzuba will step down from his position with the city after accepting a managerial position at Harvard University. His last day will be December 24th and the city will appoint an interim before beginning the official recruitment process next month.
