Max Pac Modifications Pass Through Planning Board With Ease

Basement additions to the 15 townhomes to the much anticipated Max Pac site passed through the April 15th Planning Board meeting with ease and support from local neighbors, paving the way for a June 2010 development start.

The only concern brought to the table concerned the possibility that the basements could be utilized as an extra bedroom, however, the planning board added a restriction of this to the existing plan that will be adopted by all condo associations of Max Pac Square.

The developers (GFC Development, Inc.) also agreed to a 9am start time for Saturday work much to the delight of both Clyde and Alpine Street residents in attendance.
