Commissioner Koty Pushes State To Pick Up The Pace In Magoun Square

After meeting with residents, business owners and fielding complaints along with Alderman Sean O'Donovan, DPW Commissioner Stan Koty has instructed the State to have their contractor complete all sidewalks, sidewalk panels, and ramps on the north side of Medford Street immediately resulting in a estimated completion time of noon on Friday.

Stan has also been assured that the Broadway and Medford Street corner would be poured first thing today.

As the South side is being focused on, pedestrians should be using the North side to navigate the square and (improved) planks have been provided to all businesses.
