GFC In The Final Stages Of Closing Max Pac Transaction

For those of you playing at home, we learned that GFC Development Inc. will be handling the construction of the townhomes on the former Max Pac site. A completion of this transaction is scheduled for this week with the breaking of the concrete slab along Clyde Street to follow in the beginning weeks of July. During the destruction of the slab, building permits will be filed.

There is no word yet on when the foundation work will begin.
