This just in from Courtney Koslow, founder of the Somerville Parking Advocacy and Reform Coalition (SPARC)...
New parking passes for health care/home professionals and for caretakers of Somerville residents who have medical needs have been established. Although not on the website as of yet, the passes are currently available through Traffic and Parking.
**Side note: as of 12:20pm today, the city's website is down**
