Legally Speaking with Michelle Mulvena is a bi-monthly talk show, spotlighting important community resources and discussing key legal planning issues. Michelle Mulvena is an attorney at the law firm of Moschella & Winston, LLP located at 440 Broadway in Somerville, Massachusetts. Her specialty areas of practice include elder and disability law, special needs planning, public benefits eligibility, estate and tax planning, asset protection planning, probate administration and probate litigation. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

The show will be airing on Wednesdays – 8PM &; 1AM (overnight-Thursday morning) and Sundays – 1PM, 8PM &; 1AM (overnight-Monday morning) on Channel 16 (Comcast) and 13 (RCN).  Please note that all show times have been added to the Ward 5 Online calendar, found on the left of the website and that previous episodes can be found by following the link under the Moschella & Winston, LLP picture.
