Harvest Fest 2009 was insane. 1,000+ people showed up to revel in the local love. Guests enjoyed beer from independent craft breweries across New England snacked on bites from some of Somerville's best local restaurants and enjoyed the talents of some of Greater Boston's best musicians, artists and performers.

Most importantly, Somerville Local First and the Harvest Fest organizers learned what worked and what didn't and have an incredible package put together for 2010.

Harvest Fest will run in TWO sessions this year. Here's what each will look like.
Session 1 ~ Somerville Rocks ~ 1:00-5:00 PM

--Headlining Performance: The Seamonsters
--A wide selection of New England craft beer (approx. 10 breweries) and a selection of locally made wines
--1 bite from 10 Somerville Restaurants
--Opening performances from local musicians
--Photo and information booths, live tweeting, general awesomeness
Session 2 ~ Local is the Future ~ 6:00-10:00 PM

--Headlining Performance: The Zebbler Encanti Experience with Aircraft Aerial Arts (This performance will be legendary)
--A wide selection of New England craft beer (approx. 10 breweries) and a selection of locally made wines
--1 bite from 10 Somerville Restaurants
--Fashion performance featuring Somerville's finest fashion retailers
--Opening DJ performance by David Day
--Photo and information booths, live tweeting, general future awesomeness
