Orders Submitted By Alderman O'Donovan For Tomorrow's BOA Meeting

21. Resolution By Ald. Desmond, O’Donovan, and the Entire Board
That this Board recognizes and welcomes the arrival of
Molly Dullaghan, born this past August to parents
James and Amanda Dullaghan, and extends to her its
best wishes for a long and prosperous life filled with
happiness and good health.

22. Order By Ald. O’Donovan
That the Commissioner of Public Works and the City
Solicitor appear before the Committee on Public
Utilities and Public Works to report on the cracks on
Rogers Avenue caused by the prior street contractor.

23. Resolution By Ald. O’Donovan
That this Board requests that the Administration place a
moratorium on all parking meters in Magoun Sq.,
leaving them at 6:00 PM going forward after
construction.

24. Order By Ald. O’Donovan
That the Commissioner of Public Works repave Albion
Place as soon as possible.

25. Order By Ald. O’Donovan
That the Director of SPCD appear before this Board to
report on the delay of the development of the
community path from Cedar Street to the Lowell Street
bridge. (3rd request).

26. Order By Ald. O’Donovan
That the Director of Traffic and Parking install STOP
signs on Kidder Avenue at Josephine Avenue.

27. Order By Ald. O’Donovan
That the Commissioner of Public Works trim and
inspect the tree at 115 Hudson Street and/or remove it if
necessary for safety reasons.

28. Order By Ald. O’Donovan
That the Legislative Matters Committee entertain the
feasibility of enacting an ordinance requiring utility
companies to notify residents, within a particular zone,
who might be effected by ongoing utility work in said
zone.

29. Order By Ald. O’Donovan
That the Commissioner of Public Works repair the
street light in front of 741 Broadway.

30. Order By Ald. O’Donovan
That the Clerk of Committee’s discuss with the Ward 5
Alderman an appropriate evening for the October
NSTAR meeting and/or public hearing.

31. Order By Ald. Gewirtz, O’Donovan
That the Public Utilities and Public Works Committee
discuss the damage done to the roof of 140 Willow
Avenue by the utility companies working there.
