Based on current weather projections, the City will be declaring a snow emergency at 8:00pm this evening, however residents not able to find parking on the odd-numbered side of the street as of 4:00 pm may park in any municipal lot.
During snow emergencies, parking is allowed on the odd-numbered side of the street ONLY, unless otherwise posted. Cars not moved from the even side of the street by midnight tonight will be ticketed and towed.
A reminder notice will be sent this evening, and Somerville Police personnel will be making similar announcements throughout the evening.
