Trash collection will continue as normal on Wednesday, however Christmas Tree collection will be suspended until Thursday. The City of Somerville will be operating with Emergency Personnel only on Wednesday, and constituents are encouraged to call 311 with any City-related questions.
Property owners are also reminded that, per City ordinance, you may NOT shovel snow into the streets, and all sidewalks must be shoveled, salted or sanded by six hours following the end of a storm. Properties with unshoveled sidewalks will be subject to fines by the City's Inspectional Services Division.
