Please be aware that the current citywide snow emergency will remain in effect until further notice. Cars parked in designated municipal and school lots may remain there overnight and street parking should take place only on the odd-numbered side of the street to allow access for snow plows and public safety vehicles. Improperly parked cars will be ticketed and towed.
Trash collection will continue as normal on Thursday, however Christmas Tree collection will be suspended until Friday. City Hall offices will be open Thursday.
Property owners are also reminded that, per City ordinance, you may NOT shovel snow into the streets, and all sidewalks must be shoveled, salted or sanded by six hours following the end of a storm. Properties with unshoveled sidewalks will be subject to fines by the City's Inspectional Services Division.
