The Somerville Local First Board of Directors is beginning its annual fundraising program with a Fundraiser Dinner. The event will help raise capital to send our Board Officers to the BALLE conference this June.

The Dinner will occur on Monday January 24th at 7pm at Brunello Bistro, located on Broadway Avenue. The dinner is a chance for SLF members and community members to get together, enjoy a delicious meal, and help support the SLF organization in raising much needed capital.
Brunello Bistro, a SLF member organization, has put together a special menu for the event in order to show their appreciation for SLF and also to showcase their fresh European-style cuisine, and relaxed dining atmosphere. The dinner will be paired with a tasteful selection of fine wines, and a short presentation on pairing wine, provided by Somerville business MS Walker.
Admission to the evening’s events are $50 per person, and will also include a silent auction, with prizes donated by some popular Somerville businesses.
We hope that you will join us in this chance to support our local community and economy, and in an effort to help ensure that SLF can continue to provide quality programming and support for local businesses in 2011.
