The on-going renewal of Magoun Square will be wrapping up this spring with the completion of punch list items and the unfortunate return of the parking meters. During this time, please be aware of changes in traffic lights around Lowell and Vernon Streets, as well as possible meter time hikes in the CVS parking lot.

Did you mean Lowell and Medford streets? I don't think they're putting a signal at Lowell and Vernon.
