K-2 License Transfer Approved

The owners of K-2 Market were granted a transfer of license from their location on McGrath Highway (Tran's) to their new location at 514 Medford Street at last night's Licensing Commission meeting held at the TAB Building on Holland Street. A group of residents, including myself, were present at the meeting along with the partner's attorney and the real estate agent who is handling the sale of the building. The transfer also received two letters in support; one from Alderman Sean O'Donovan and one from another resident.

 

The sale of the building is still pending.
