Great news...
The trees that were knocked down last year were replaced this week! 5 total have now found a home in the median along Broadway, across from Pini's. I'm not sure what species they are, but their inclusion in the square really brings the ongoing construction full circle and just in time for the fireworks (weather permitting) on Thursday.
