Public Hearing on FY2013 Budget Set for Thursday!
A public hearing on the FY2013 budget has been scheduled for Thursday June 21st at 7pm in the Aldermanic Chambers of City Hall. This is the public's opportunity to voice their thoughts on the city's financial setup for next year.
As most have read, the city's budget features no gap, but as the Somerville Journal reported, it does feature increases for specific parking permits, as well as, a 21 day grace period for new residents to obtain a residential parking permit.
This meeting could bring a vote from the Board of Aldermen on the FY2013 budget.
Have thoughts or suggestions regarding the city's finances? Here's your chance to let them know!
