13 Clyde Street and 32 Hinkley Street Applications Continued to September 5th

Two requests for a special permit in Ward 5 have been continued to September 5 according to the published ZBA agenda for tomorrow night.

The 13 Clyde Street request is for an addition the owner wants to put on the back of the property, converting it from a two-family to a three-family dwelling. This has had 3 previous scheduled hearings, but has been continued to September 5th. A meeting at the location was previously cancelled. No new meeting information has been received as of publishing time.

Another request to construct a second principal structure at 32 Hinkley Street has also been continued with plans for an abutters meeting facilitated and organized by Ward 5 Alderman Sean O'Donovan. This structure will accompany two other structures that are presently on the lot. The meeting time for this request is set for September 5th. All information for the abutters meeting will be published once it's finalized by Alderman O'Donovan.

Also on the agenda is an application submitted by the Arts at the Armory. This will also be discussed on September 5, but requests for 25 Clyde and 11 Linden will be heard on the 15th according to the agenda.
