The Armory is looking for an increase in occupancy, expanded hours (early morning and evening), outdoor café seating, cooking in the café and the ability to apply for a liquor license.

Because several aldermen as well as the ZBA wanted to give the neighborhood time to digest these changes, the ZBA voted to postpone action until October 17.
The ZBA also distributed a one page summary of the recommendations in the new staff report.
