MF Dulock Opening Tuesday!

At last...the moment we have all been waiting for! MF Dulock has contacted his email list with the news that he is opening his shop on Tuesday at 11am and is setting his official hours of operation as Tuesday - Friday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Donors will be privileged to a special opening of his shop on Monday nights (until October 1st) to receive promised gifts for helping his dream of bringing Pasture-Raised Meats to Somerville.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, some of the rewards may be delayed.

He writes, "With your donation, you received the promise of reward. We have decided to begin distributing perks on Monday evenings between 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. During this time, we will open our shop exclusively to donors which will afford us the opportunity to thank you personally. We will continue with the members only hours through October 1st. I would be helpful to know when you plan to pick up your perk so we can have it prepared and ready. If you are unable to make the special hours, please email me directly michael@mfdulock.com and let me know when you would like to pick up your perk.

I have had several contributors request that we donate their perk to a food pantry and we have chosen the Greater Boston Food Bank. If you would like to exercise this option, please let us know.

There are some special conditions for those who have contributed $100 or greater. Please note the following:

$100 donors - Tee shirts have not been printed yet, we had some trouble with the artwork and are experiencing technical difficulties. They are ordered and we will email you as soon as we take delivery. In the meantime, please take advantage of our exclusive hours to pick up your meat portion.

$500 donors - The Cayson Design aprons are experiencing the same technical difficulties and are not in our possession yet. The aprons will definitely be in your second installment. You may pick up your first installment during the special hours.

$1000 donors - By now you know about the tee shirts and the aprons, but what you may not know is that we have to schedule to have your hogs delivered. I want the butchery class/demo to be extra special so these will be conducted on Sundays when we are closed to the public. We will be able to spread out, learn a little something, and get to cutting that hog. The typical lead time for a hog is order by Thursday for following Thursday delivery. Please email me directly so we can work out a schedule.

I want to take this time to sincerely thank you all for your generous contributions. Your support means a great deal to me and my staff. I want you to know that without your support, this would never have happened. I look forward to meeting you."

Sincerely,
Michael Dulock
