The School Committee will meet tonight in the Aldermanic Chambers of City Hall. This meeting begins at 7pm and is open to the public. All residents/concerned citizens are encouraged to attend.

This meeting could possibly include the replacement of Ward 1 Representative Maureen Bastardi as she replaces Bill Roche as Ward 1 Alderman. Some parents are asking for a delay in the vote to make time for public input on nominations. No word yet on whether the School Committee will take this request into consideration.
