The Board of Aldermen Will Be Super Busy on the 13th

The Board of Aldermen have a pretty packed schedule on Thursday December 13th, so if you're looking for any of them they will be at City Hall for a few hours.

Ward 5 Alderman Sean O'Donovan and the rest of the Committee on Public Utilities and Public Works will be meeting at 5:30pm to go over a couple of last minute items on their agenda. Ward 7 Alderman Bob Trane and Alderman At Large Jack Connolly are also part of that committee.

At 6:30pm a DIF meeting will take place where four items grace that agenda.

At 6:45pm, the Caucus will meet to elect a new President and Vice President of the Board for 2013. Alderman At Lage Bill White is expected to get the nod from the rest of the Board for President, but no word yet on who is interested in the VP role for next year.

The full Board will then gather in the Aldermanic Chambers for their regularly scheduled 7pm meeting. This meeting is open to the public and all residents/concerned citizens are encouraged to attend.

You can also watch the meeting live on Channel 22 (Comcast) or Channel 13 (RCN). This meeting will be rebroadcast at various times throughout the week, as well as, streamed live on the internet.
