A second meeting on a 6-unit condominium project at the Walnut Hill Auto Body site (235 Lowell Street) has been scheduled for Wednesday October 9th at 6:00pm at the site, itself. Please note that the surrounding neighborhood and businesses were flyered on October 1st and again this past weekend.
The plans for the project have been published. Please review and bring all recommendations and questions with you to the meeting as the developer, their attorney and architect will be present.
Should you not be able to make it, please feel free to email or call in your questions to me and I will see to it that they get answered.

Thank you for the extra notice this weekend. Hopefully, we won't get another one with a nasty note paperclipped to it this time around :)
You overlooked one key factor. That "nasty note" (personal agenda aside) was attached to the official flyer announcing the first meeting that many, many, residents did not receive on the first go around.
From the renderings it looks really nice. My main concern is parking.
The "nasty note" should never have been written in the first place. Grow up and get some class.
Class is not attained by growing up; neither is it passed on from generation to generation.
The last poster's reply is proof of that.
He/she missed the positive point embodied in the post he/she critiqued.
That positive point being the many residents not receiving the first distribution of flyers being remedied by the "nasty note" author's paper clipped copy of the subject flyer.
That what the comment.... "personal agenda aside" was intended to convey.
That comment applying to the "nasty note" author's personal agenda. Whatever it may have been!
She has an agenda all right.
