Snow Emergency to End at 11 AM

The City will lift its snow emergency regulations effective at 11 a.m. this morning. Residents who had parked in municipal or school lots during the snow emergency have a two-hour window starting at 11 in which to move their vehicles. Cars still parked in city lots at 1 p.m. this afternoonmay be subject to ticketing and towing as we must ensure the lots are plowed and treated properly before ice sets in.
