School was held yesterday...much to the dismay of one high school student on Twitter. After announcing there would be school on Wednesday December 18th, a Somerville High School student directly responded with, "assholes." The daughter of a DPW worker jumped into the conversation prompting an explanation and a "this has nothing to do with the DPW" response from the SHS student. Was not impressed this last storm and normally I have nothing bad to say about them. Not sure if they got a late start, or if all the traffic was slowing them down, but did not see a single plow until well into storm and the uphill streets, which are usually over plowed could have used more.
