Youth Services to Meet on Wednesday

The Committee on Youth Services will be meeting on Wednesday April 30th at 6:30pm to approve minutes from two previous meetings and discuss a four item agenda that includes:

· 196224: Discuss That the Director of Teen Empowerment update this Board on its annual accomplishments and goals in place.
· 196726: Discuss That the Superintendent of Recreation and the Youth Programming Coordinator research a plan for open gym and unstructured play in schools in the west, central and east parts of the city.
· 196727: Discuss That the Superintendent of Recreation and the Youth Programming Coordinator share their marketing and outreach plans to promote programs.
· 196728: Discuss That the Superintendent of Recreation and the Youth Programming Coordinator share data on the usage of all recreation programs by season for FY13 and FY14.
