Public Hearing Set for Police Chief Finalists

The Committee on Public Health and Public Safety, chaired by Alderman At Large Jack Connolly, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday June 25th at 6:30 PM where questions submitted by members of the public will be answered by the four finalists for the position of Somerville Police Chief.

The finalists include Somerville Deputy Chief Michael Cabral; Somerville Deputy Chief David Fallon; Manchester, NH Chief David Mara; and Hamden, CT Chief Thomas Wydra.

The meeting will last approximately 2 hours and the resumes of the candidates have been posted online by the City of Somerville.

This meeting is a committee meeting of the whole, meaning, that every member of the Board of Aldermen is welcome to attend.
