With construction permits in hand, work will now begin at 199C Highland Avenue - the new home of 7Ate9 Bakery!
Sarah Chester, owner, has been a fan favorite at local farmers markets for years and will now be calling Somerville her home after sharing a space in Winchester on Church Street.
Truth be told, I tried to get Sarah in Magoun Square, but she couldn't find a space suitable for her needs. The former Kick Ass Cupcakes space on Highland is the perfect fit and, lets be honest, I'm just glad that there's homemade cheesecake within walking distance of my house.
Although she doesn't have enough room for seating, Sarah will be a welcome addition in this little business section that also houses MF Dulock.
