A community meeting has been scheduled for January 6th at 6:30pm to discuss a redevelopment of 54-56A Elm Street. The meeting will take place on-site.
Currently the Luck Mart, the proposal includes a ground-level retail space with residential units above. The meeting is being sponsored by Ward 5 Alderman Mark Niedergang and will include the developer, his attorney and architect.
All concerned citizens are encouraged to attend the meeting.

Apologies, it will take place on-site at 54 Elm. Changed above & assuming there will be signage.

are there any updates on this project? havent seen any work started on the property- just an eyesore of a building.
