A second community meeting on a proposed development at 231 Lowell Street will be held on Monday September 21st, at 6:30pm, in the third floor community room of the VNA (259 Lowell Street).
Developer Steven Caruso, his Attorney Richard Di Girolamo, and Architect Peter Quinn will be in attendance to present the updated plans, as well as, answer resident questions. Plans are available online at: http://bit.ly/1OfrVFS. I have also exported the plans into images below.
