The following orders were requested by Ward 5 Alderman Sean O'Donovan. Most of these items include focus on the issues at the MaxPac site.

By Ald. O'Donovan, That the Chief of Police and Chief Fire Engineer investigate and remove, if necessary, a blue Dodge Durango on Richardson Terrace (for the last 18 months) with a strong odor of gasoline.
16.
Order
By Ald. O'Donovan, That the Director of SPCD appear before this Board to discuss all snow citations written in Ward 5 in December 2009 and January 2010.

Order
By Ald. O'Donovan, That the Commissioner of Public Works facilitate a curb-cut at 10 Francis St. and contact the homeowner regarding scheduling.
18.
Order
By Ald. O'Donovan, That the Chief of Police provide this Board with all incident reports and follow-ups at the Maxpak site on Warwick St. for the last 90 days.
19.
Order
By Ald. O'Donovan, That the Chief of Police conduct direct patrols at the Maxpak site for the next 6 months, viewing the area from Warwick St., the Lowell St. Bridge and the undeveloped portion of the community path.
20.
Order
By Ald. O'Donovan, That the Chief of Police appear at the next Public Health & Safety Committee meeting to discuss specific actions to stop trespassing onto the Maxpak site.
21.
Order
By Ald. O'Donovan, That the Committee on Traffic & Parking invite representatives from the MBTA to a meeting to discuss moving the bus stop at 438 Medford St. enough to prevent obstruction of the driveway at 438 Medford St.
22.
Order
By Ald. O'Donovan, That the Commissioner of Public Works replace the street sign at Lowell and Medford Sts.
